Thank you for choosing Strmarketmentor. We are committed to providing high-quality mentoring, courses, and digital resources for short-term rental hosts.
Because our products and services are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.

1. No Refunds – All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our courses, templates, and educational materials — and the immediate delivery of knowledge-based services — we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Once you purchase a product, course, consultation, or mentoring program, you gain instant access to:

  • Training content

  • Downloadable templates

  • Digital files

  • Recorded materials

  • Strategy documents

  • Program resources

For this reason, we cannot reverse access or retrieve digital items once delivered.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Mentoring, Consultations & Strategy Calls

Mentoring sessions, audits, and consultations are professional services delivered either in real time or through pre-prepared materials.

Because the value of the service is provided immediately:

  • No refunds will be issued for completed or missed sessions.

  • Packages are non-refundable once access is granted.

  • Rescheduling is permitted with advance notice (see your Terms & Conditions), but refunds are not provided.

3. Digital Products & Courses

All digital items — including templates, checklists, guides, spreadsheets, and self-paced courses — are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Non-returnable

Access is granted instantly, and therefore refunds are not available.

4. Group Programs & Workshops

Group programs, cohorts, and workshops include immediate access to:

  • Program materials

  • Recordings

  • Worksheets

  • Tools

  • Community or group calls (if included)

For this reason, all group program purchases are final, even if:

  • You do not attend live sessions

  • You do not complete the material

  • Your availability changes

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Because our programs are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are not available even in cases of:

  • Change of mind

  • Financial situation changes

  • Scheduling issues

  • Personal circumstances

  • Non-use of the service

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit toward a future program only in extreme and verifiable cases (e.g., medical emergencies).
This is not guaranteed and is considered case by case.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback:

  • After receiving access to digital materials

  • After attending or booking a session

  • After downloading templates

is considered fraudulent.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence of:

  • Login activity

  • Downloads

  • Access logs

  • Email communications

  • Session bookings

  • Delivery of services
