  • Non-transferable

  • Non-refundable unless otherwise stated

3.3 Group Programs

Group coaching programs may be recorded for educational purposes.
By participating, you consent to being recorded unless otherwise stated.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may offer partial refunds or credits at our discretion in situations such as:

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

1:1 Calls & Consultations

You may reschedule with 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours may be considered a “used session.”

Group Sessions

Group sessions cannot be rescheduled individually.
Recordings will be provided where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property
